Acquisition of Onradar

Onradar has a new owner. I sold it to a CTO based in Arizona, and as of this month he is running the product.

Onradar is a flow-based uptime monitoring tool. I built it on my own a few years ago because I wanted something simpler than what I was using at the time, and it grew from there into a small product with real users.

Why I sold it

The honest answer is focus. I have been spending more of my time on other work at Altailab, and Onradar deserved an owner who could give it full attention again. When the buyer reached out, it was clear he understood the product and wanted to keep building on it, so the timing made sense for both of us.

It was not an easy call. You get attached to something you built from nothing. But handing it to someone who is genuinely excited about it felt like the right move.

What happens now

Nothing changes for current users. The buyer has the infrastructure and the experience to keep Onradar running and to take it in directions I never got around to. I am looking forward to watching it grow without me in the driver's seat.
